The team

Product people. Field people.

CITY TECH brings together people who know procurement, warehouse and asset inventory processes and the people who build the technology - so the product is built around how users actually work.

How we work

Every product decision is tested against organizational reality

Understand the process first

Before we build a screen, we check who will use it, what decisions it will support and what could go wrong.

Simplify each task

We cut steps, keep the language clear and show only what's needed at the right moment.

Learn from the field

Feedback from rollouts and day-to-day use drives improvements to the product and the workflow.

Nativ Plus + CITY TECH

Consulting and technology aren't two separate worlds

The system is part of the technology division of Nativ Plus Ltd., which has worked since 1991 in procurement, logistics, stock, asset inventory and organizational improvement.

This connection means the team doesn't just implement software - it also helps with cataloging, data, procedures, counts, accountability and training.

  • Understanding the process before configuring the system
  • Support for key staff
  • Connecting data, procedures and permissions
  • Continuous improvement after go-live

Next step

Talk to the team that knows both the screen and the warehouse

We'll learn your process and present the system around what matters to you.
